Of date he is the most sought after mixers in the field and he partners his work with his brother Tom, and both have been associated and identified with as the mixer to Rock & Roll with a profession that spanned twenty years, he has been associated with many artists and producers like Tim McGraw, Snow Patrol, Brian Setzer, Sheryl Crow, Hoobastank, Audioslave, and Eric Clapton. (Waves. com (a)) the method by which he approaches the work is simple and he explains it thus:" the most important thing I do is approach it as a first-time listener, and find out what in the song makes it exciting or emotional.
